I have had the most terrible experience with Dunster house. I ordered a monkey fort climbing frame for my twins birthday. I am a solo parent and not that skilled in diy so I had hired 2 people to put it up for me. When the pieces arrived the driver ticked to saw they were all there. We counted all the pieces of wood as advised and the right number was present.

On the day the men arrived to assemble , it turned out that one side piece too many had been delivered and one piece missing from the other side. We could not assemble.

The twins have no birthday present , this is nearly 2 weeks later and it has not been rectified.

Dunster house customer service all but put the blame on me for checking the wood, however as the right number of pieces were there and it had also all been ticked off, I had no way of knowing.

I’m out of pocket for the expense of the handy people, I had to quickly buy a replacement present so the kids would have something. It was an incredibly stressful and upsetting experience.

I have asked for some help to erect it this time or some compensation but they have declined and the missing wood still has not been sent.

Fantastic quality and easy to erect.

Great product (wooden garden arch). Not cheap but then you can see why with the high quality. The delivery driver even hung around for 45 minutes for me to get home for delivery. All in all, a good experience.

I bought corner summer house. Manuals are not made specifically for that , instead big book is given to learn about different parts, double door with multipoint locking system is total waste as even a slight alignment due to weather will make multipoint system fail to lock the door
